Introducing Cash Pay: A New Way to Pay Your Rent
We are so excited to introduce you to your new payment option – Cash Pay.
What is Cash Pay?
Cash Pay allows you to pay your rent in person at one of the many convenient Cash Pay locations – often the same places you already go to purchase money orders. With Cash Pay, there’s no need to visit our office.
How It Works
- Find a Location: Visit the Cash Pay Location Finder to see where Cash Pay is available near you.
- Get Your Code: Use your unique code when making a payment. (See the image below for instructions on how to locate your code.)
- Make Your Payment: Provide your code at the Cash Pay location and remit your rent payment.
- Automatic Posting: Once your payment is processed, it will be applied directly to your Resident Portal.
It’s that easy – no office visits required!
Resident Portal Access
To use Cash Pay, you will need access to your Resident Portal:
- Log in with your email address to get started.
- If you do not have an email address on file with us, please complete the form provided so we can set up your account.
When is Cash Pay Available?
Cash Pay will be available by mid-September and ready for all October rent payments.
